Join us at the Sixth Annual Holly Reeves Memorial 5K Scholarship Walk/Run
About Holly…
Holly Reeves graduated with honors from Springboro High School in 2009. She then went on to attend Anderson University in Indiana pursuing her degree in Education. On her way back to Anderson after Christmas Break in January of 2011, Holly was in a terrible car accident and suffered a traumatic brain injury. She fought for five months, but was unable to recover, passing away at the young age of 19. Holly was a very bright, talented and remarkable young lady. She loved God, her family and friends. Holly had become a runner, as a result of a “100 Mile Club” event at her church. In 10 weeks, she had logged in 394 miles. She ran her first 5K a few months before her accident. This race is dedicated to her memory, and all proceeds benefit the Holly Reeves Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship is awarded to a graduating Senior at Springboro High School, who is planning to major in Education.
